Do I need to register to purchase products through the site?
No.
Since many other sites sell products without subscriptions, we decided to make it possible for everyone to purchase our products.
Are all products compliant with European regulations?
Yes, every product is CE certified.
Even more: before a product finds its way to our webshop, it is extensively tested by some very experienced stylists in our network. Even products that are already available are used by our distributor stylists on a daily basis and thus confront the harsh reality. The bar for quality is thus set as high as possible.
When will my ordered products be shipped?
Once we receive payment, the order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.
By which transportation company will the products be shipped?
All of our products are shipped via DHL.
Can I also pick up my order?
How is shipping and delivery done?
We ship only within the European Union excluding Switzerland.
Orders placed on weekdays before 1 p.m. and with payment credited to our account will be shipped the same business day*. The delivery time is 1 to 2 business days. In practice, about 90% are delivered the next business day.
*If not all ordered products are sufficiently in stock, we will inform you of this by phone or email.
Can I also order from you as an Individual?
Yes indeed, you can also come to us as an individual.
