Delivery

At Urban Nails, we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 p.m. and with payment received, we ship the same business day*.
Delivery time is 1 to 2 business days. In practice, about 90% of orders are delivered as early as the next business day….

*If not all products ordered are sufficiently in stock, we will contact you by phone or email.

How is shipping and delivery done?

We ship within the European Union, excluding Switzerland.
All packages are shipped via DHL. In most cases, your order will be delivered the next business day between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

Shipping costs

Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Austria
For orders under 75 euros excluding VAT (90.75 euros including VAT), shipping costs are 5.95 euros excluding VAT (7.20 euros including VAT).
From 75 euros excluding VAT (90.75 euros including VAT), shipping is free.

Denmark
Shipping costs are 18 euros excluding VAT (21.78 euros including VAT).

Combination of products and training

If you place an order with both products and training, such as a training, workshop or course, free shipping only applies to the product portion.
A training course is a service and therefore does not count toward the minimum order amount of 75 euros required for free shipping.
Is the total amount of your products less than 75 euros? Then we will not ship them, but they will be neatly laid out for you during class.

Training packages

Are you taking a course including a training package? Then you will always receive this package during the first day of class. Thus, the training package is not shipped in advance, but is ready for you at the start of the training.

Return policy and right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. Within this period you may return the product, if unused and in its original packaging. If the seal of the product is broken, then the right to return expires.

Return Procedure

Report your return through our returns portal.
Choose the products you wish to return.
Return the items to the above return address.

After receiving and verifying your return, we will refund the full order amount excluding shipping costs to your account within 14 days.

Please note that the cost of return shipping from your address to our webshop is at your own expense. These are usually 7.25 euros per package, depending on your carrier.

Right of Withdrawal

Cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and you will have another 14 days to return the products after that. You will receive a full refund of the order amount including any standard shipping costs. Return costs are always at your own expense.
